The BLM's Southeastern States District Office is seeking public scoping input on the 5 EOIs on the Conecuh National Forest from 6/22 to 7/22, 2026. The legal descriptions for the EOIs are below. To submit a scoping comment. please click on the blue icon that says 'Participate Now' on the top of the screen and comment on the legal descriptions document for the parcels.
In June 2026, the BLM signed a Decision Record adopting the USFS NEPA to allow leasing on the Conecuh National Forest.
