Interested in our Volunteer Wilderness Ranger Program? Are you already a Ranger and looking for a time to do a patrol in the Dugger Wilderness? If either of these resonate with you, this is your chance! With a great success in the Sipsey side of the Wild Alabama operations, we would like to extend the opportunity to the Cheaha and Dugger Mountain Wilderness areas - having regular officially scheduled patrol days. While they have the catchy name “Saturate the Sipsey” we haven’t come up with a great name for this side of the state yet so let us know if you think of anything. Maybe CARP ???? (Cheaha Area Ranger Patrols) days? Or TARPing (Talladega Area Ranger Patrols) the Talladega? Yeeeah, we’ll keep brainstorming.
